  I will give one star because the process of scheduling and the initial contact was really great. I waited to write this review with the hope of coming to a resolution, but unfortunately, have not received a response in many weeks.

We paid for a deep, move in clean. It was over $800, and 5.5 hours of cleaning. I am completely unsure what we paid for. None of the cabinets were cleaned - none. There was still visible dirt and dried food in many cabinets. The cabinets, banisters and entertainment area were not dusted completely. For example. the banister was only dusted on one side - there were visible lines of dust where they did not complete the job. There were still cobwebs in every room in the house, in the corners, under the cabinets. I understand not being able to reach high cobwebs near the ceiling, but the fact that there was no effort to even wipe or dust the areas at eye level and below was shocking. The bathroom floors were dusty, so these were not cleaned either. I truly have no idea what we paid this exorbitant amount for, and had to clean the home myself in a very short time frame before we moved in, which is what I was trying to avoid by paying for this service. The cost would have been worth it if it had been cleaned - but it was not.

I know the cleaners went into the cabinets, because they took our items home with them, after I specifically asked them to leave them. This included wine, and after contacting the company, the cleaners returned these items. However, it was odd that these items were taken at all, considering the cabinets that the items were in were not cleaned.

At best, this was a very simple, quick wipe down. But we paid for a deep clean. We had hoped to use this company going forward, and were grateful for the excellent communication prior to the service, but after this experience we will need to find another company for our regular cleaning.

When we reached out to share our experience, we were asked what could be done to remedy the situation. I unfortunately do not feel comfortable with the cleaners coming back into our home due to our experience, so I requested at least a partial refund, but I have not heard back.
